2. Description of Service
Sun City Siding operates as an online matching and informational service that connects property owners with independent, third-party siding professionals. Sun City Siding is not a siding contractor and does not perform siding repair, siding replacement, installation, soft wash cleaning, inspection, or other construction services. We do not employ, supervise, direct, or control contractors. Our role is limited to facilitating introductions between property owners and contractors who may be able to provide requested services.
3. No Guarantee or Warranty
Sun City Siding does not guarantee the quality, pricing, availability, timeliness, licensing status, insurance coverage, workmanship, warranties, or legal compliance of any contractor matched through the service. Any agreement for siding or related work is solely between the property owner and the selected contractor. Sun City Siding is not a party to that agreement and does not make warranties regarding contractor performance or project outcomes.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sun City Siding and its affiliates are not liable for damages arising from or related to use of the website, use of the matching service, communications with a matched contractor, or work performed by any third party. This includes, without limitation, property damage, personal injury, financial loss, delay, defective work, breach of contract, or other claims arising from contractor conduct.
5. User Responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting project requests. You are responsible for independently evaluating any contractor you choose to contact or hire, including verifying licensing, insurance, references, permits, warranties, pricing, and other qualifications that may be relevant to your project. You are also responsible for reviewing and approving any contract, scope of work, payment terms, or other agreement directly with the contractor.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content including text, graphics, logos, images, design elements, and software is owned by Sun City Siding or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, or create derivative works from website content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
